I offer engaging postpartum recovery exercise classes for mums. Babies are taken in consideration in the structure of the class and you can have a nice bonding time while taking care of your fitness. Exercises are adapted to different levels with a special attention to pelvic floor health and eventual abdominal separation. You can meet other parents and boost your energy.

I am a mother of 2 who has always been attracted by physical activity. From being a ballroom dancer as a child, playing for the highschool's basketball team to graduating at the University for Sports Science Msc, I have always been amazed by what the human body is capable of doing.
