What Crib Notes - South London's parents' choir says

Crib Notes is a friendly, non-auditioned choir for parents and carers of young children, based in South London. Everyone is welcome, no experience needed. The aim is relaxation, wellbeing, fun and community through music. The singing is for YOU (pop, folk, world music and sea shanties, no nursery rhymes!) - bring baby along for the fun and musical benefits! Sessions take place on weekday mornings at central points in Balham, Crystal Palace and Beckenham and we tend to finish the term with a local performance. We provide a comfortable mat for babies and toddlers to play on during rehearsals and form a ring around them to sing.

About

Groups are led by local musicians Eleanor Rastall and Louise Eekelaar. Both provide a fun, welcoming and supportive environment where we learn pop, folk, sea shanties and world music songs a cappella in harmony.

The admin side is overseen by local mum & mental health project volunteer Amandine Olivier with arrangements by local dad and musician Jake Alexander.

Crib Notes is registered as a CIC (Community Interest Company).
