A Royal College of Midwives accredited hypnobirthing practitioner, qualified by the gold standard of hypnobirthing, KGH, and member of The Hypnobirthing Association, Emma has developed the Brain, Body, Birth concept that can enable a calm and efficient birth.

Based in beautiful Oxford, Oxfordshire, Emma offers private 1:1, group and bespoke courses both in person and on-line, guiding you with the theoretical and practical tools to show you how positive changes can be implemented during and leading up to the birth of your baby.

Emma has successfully guided many couples inc natural, IVF and suragacy pregnancies, across Oxford, Oxfordshire and Europe including paramedics, children’s nurses, teachers, psychologists, yoga teachers, scientists and many more professions that have enabled informed, calm and efficient births in Oxford and Europe in various settings including home-birth, midwife led units and hospitals.

The investment of your birth education cannot be under-estimated. This course has such a positive impact to the lives of many expectant parents as I support you to untangle the number of complex and sometimes confusing decisions that are made throughout pregnancy and at the birth, which can affect your experience overall.

There are many different opinions to what "hypnobirthing" is. Qualified with The National Hypnotherapy Society, I can confidently reassure you that you will not be hypnotised. The word hypnobithing has been developed from the logic formulated in the early 1900s of the fear-tension-pain cycle and whilst careful use of words are also used in hypnotherapy, the logic is very different as you will discover when you take your course with me.

Ellivase Hypnobirthing is for ALL births including caesarean as well as subsequent births.

I have poured my heart and love into creating Ellivase Hypnobirthing with careful details that have been designed to inform you, to leave you feeling supported, calm, educated and special to ensure the best outcome for you and your baby as you travel on your journey to parenthood.

I want you both to feel supported and special throughout your birthing journey’s too - you will never have this birth again or this experience again (with this pregnancy), which is why choosing the birth education and educator that is right for you is so important.

A valuable USP is for all group courses to end with a social meet up within an informal setting. Here, I invite midwives, groups offering support to new mums, baby massage, bump and baby photographers etc who will all be happy to join (subject to shift work). This will enable a drink (on me), an informal chat answering and sharing questions you may want to ask but don't have the opportunity to, as well as to look at preparing for your fourth trimester and making friends.

If you have any questions, please get in touch, it will be lovely to talk to you.
