What Fitness With Sofia says

I've been there and remember my lonely walks in the streets of Woodford Green, unable to find a way to workout in a way that would also occupy my baby. That's why I wanted to combine my experience in delivering outdoor fitness classes and post-natal core training and help you get stronger safely and without need of taking extra time.

About

My name is Sofia and I am a mum of three and a Personal Trainer. Before becoming a PT I had a desk job and didn't have any time to look after myself, eat well and exercise.

​After having each of my kids I was developing back ache, lacked energy and felt powerless most of the time (not sure what I would have done without coffee!!), which made it hard for me to spend quality time with my children.

After my third child was born I decided that I had enough and started focusing on my fitness while on maternity leave. I started paying more attention to my food (I am example for my kids, so this was a big motivation point for me), I learned more about the CORE and strength training and soon started feeling stronger, fitter and happier. That was the moment when I decided to change my career path and start helping other women and mums.

​Three years on, and I am now a Certified PT, as well as an Ante- and Post-Natal Personal Trainer. I am also a CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) registered Personal Trainer Practitioner which means that I keep my knowledge and skills up to date by regularly learning and practicing new skills and qualifications.

​My most recent qualifications are NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and PN Nutrition Coach which means I can now help you not only reach your fitness goals but also address some of the postural and muscle imbalances that you might have and help you answer your nutrition related questions.
