Specifically designed for women pre and postnatally, the stretches, movements, breathing and relaxations techniques will help you to ease niggles, sleep better and be more comfortable in pregnancy and strengthen, stretch, relax and bond with your baby after birth.

About

Hi, I'm Michele. I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone and approach my teaching with humour, warmth and compassion. I am dedicated to helping each student discover their own unique path within their yoga practice.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I grew up in a dancing family and taught dance for many years in the US. My passion for yoga took root in the UK, where I was able to further extend my love of movement by exploring the possibilities yoga offers, uniting breath, body and mind for overall wellbeing.

I was one of the first teachers to qualify with the British Wheel of Yoga NVQ Level 4 diploma (BWYQ), and also one of the first certified Spinning Babies® Parent Educators in the UK.
