Post natal fitness class get your fitness back while baby is right by your side held I Finsbury Park,Caledonian Park, Bruce Castle Park, Whittington Park or online various exercises around the park working on cardio and strength then floor section for core and pelvic floor strength so please bring a mat or old towel and some water too (thirsty work ) for pram attack extreme 6months post natal + Dads are welcome too!!! challenge yourself on the 500 metre time run

I am a fitness trainer with 31 years experience trained in lots of different disciplines from pre and post natal prescription to group exercise HITT, Circuit, Cycle aqua, Ariel yoga, Pilates, Barre, strength and conditioning I programmed Pram attack 16 years ago and its still going strong
