Baby Massage course
Suitable from 6 weeks until mobile

Enjoy 40 mins of relaxing massage with your baby.

All classes are baby-led, so you are encouraged to feed, comfort and change your baby as and when needed. The sessions and relaxed and calm. Don't worry if your baby cries - it's your baby way of communicating its needs and is welcomed.

The class builds up week on week, so we start with legs and add in other areas of the body each week.
