Description

Come along and enjoy a fitness class with a difference. The class allows you to strengthen your core and pelvic muscles whilst having your new baby with you. You will also be building your bond with your baby through gentle exercise and sensory massage.

Limited spaces so booking is essential.
After the class we have a social meeting, coffee and teas.
Everyone is welcome.
