Our baby yoga sessions are the perfect sessions for both mum and baby, the sessions are made up of different sections- we focus on mum, we focus on baby and we have sections that are created for both mum and baby.

We have dedicated social time at the end of the session where we have a snack and a little chat about everyday life, nothing to heavy and always light hearted!
