Description

Beautiful Nature based classes that help deepen our connection to ourselves, our babies and to nature.
Combining elements of babywearing, grounding, mindfulness, journaling, art and forest bathing.
Research has shown that spending time in nature helps boost our immune system, lower blood pressure, improve sleep quality, lower levels of anxiety and/or depression and much more. Come along take time to just 'Be'!

This class is primarily outdoor based but there is the option to take it indoors in bad weather. Classes are for parent and baby, (Slings are preferred). No charge for extra adult. For older siblings please book onto a Tree Tots session.
