We use a variety of props in this beautiful class! Yoga at the core, we do fun poses, storytime, dancing, singing and make some silly sounds! And yes, the toddlers (and parents!) have rest time at the end ❤️
This lovely class encourages you both to have quality time together through mindful movement, in a warm, welcoming space
