This is a class for new mums. Its not got flashing lights or jingly bells. Its about connecting with your baby and other mums, exploring what its really like to be a mum and practising self care and relaxation to help let go of the stress and busyness of everyday life. You'll leave feeling more ready for the day, having had some much needed down time. Suitable from birth, the class is as much for mum as for baby
