EXPRESSIONS ACADEMY HEMEL HEMPSTEAD

Our Rock-A-Bye Babies class is a sling and dance support group for babies and their adults, which will encourage bonding through babywearing and movement, particularly aiming to support those who may be experiencing postnatal depression.

Rock-A-Bye Babies is led by dance and movement professionals who have also qualified as safe Babywearing Peer Supporters. We are here to guide you through the class, able to advise and support on safe and comfortable use of your sling/carriers.

Representatives from Alternatives Pregnancy Crises and Support Centre will also be routinely available (where appropriate in line with COVID-19 guidelines) for support and conversation during refreshments at La Vigna after class.

Rock-A-Bye Babies is FREE, with a suggested and optional £5 donation per session, thanks to funding and partnership with Dacorum Borough Council and Adeyfield Free Church.
