Description

Suitable for newborn babies through to when they can begin to crawl. Please use our age range as a guide only. An ideal companion to Baby Massage and great for mums and babies, our Baby Yoga courses will help strengthen your baby’s bones and muscle tone and develop co-ordination and sensory-motor skills. Plus there are gentle stretches to help you get back in shape. Over a six-week course of classes you will learn a series of structured baby yoga moves to help foster your baby’s development.
