Description

The class involves a warm up, circuit and cool down with varied circuits each week. Mums workout around the edge and little ones are placed in the centre of the room where there are things to keep them entertained including baby gyms/seats, toys and ride ons. At the end of the 45 minute workout complimentary tea and coffee are provided if you'd like to stay and chat.
