Description
It's a fitness class for mums where you can bring your little ones too. A full body workout class, focusing on core, posture and overall strength, that is needed in day to day life with a baby. Some cardio moves mixed in to break out some sweat too. You will have an option to involve baby in some of exercises. Class is 45 min long and a coffee break is encouraged afterwards to relax and have a chat. Come along, get fit and meet new friends.
