MOTHER NURTURE BABY

My course runs over 5 weeks, each week we have a relaxing 90 minute class, where I will provide you with some information on a different topic which will help your understanding of massage benefits, infant cues, how to adapt the massage as your child grows etc, we will then have some relaxation before learning the massage strokes, which we will build on each week by adding a different body part which will culminate to a full body massage on the final week. We will all have a discussion on a different topic each week and then time for everyone to have a chat with one another whilst enjoying some refreshments.

The aim of the course is to provide you with some focussed time with your baby, where you will gain the knowledge and skills to strengthen the bond and attachment between yourselves by providing your baby with nurturing touch through massage.

You will also learn a colic/gas routine and a gentle movements routine to help baby stretch and align the spine.

The classes are meant to be a safe space for connecting with yourself, baby and eachother.

You will also receive a complimentary bottle of organic cold pressed sunflower oil to use.
