Description

A relaxing class for you and baby to enjoy connecting with each other and nature. Focused on supporting the parents/caregivers wellbeing whilst providing a natural and simple sensory experience for babies. Class are held outdoors where permitted in a woodland area or under shelter in a polytunnel when there is inclement weather forecast.

Sessions include a range of activities such as Mindfulness, Breathwork, Nature art & craft, Journaling & Gratitude practice.
