Post natal exercises with baby from 6 weeks to crawling. Pelvic floor, strengthening, toning, tummy - abdominals, back etc. Variations are given. No experience necessary. If baby is asleep, you can still participate! Baby massage and nurturing included. Lots of space with social distancing and fresh air. Fun and sociable!
