Firstly, we take the best elements from baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal support, and mum & baby classes. We wrap all of these together in a powerful 5 element model to deliver an extra special class.
4th Trimester:
When it comes to the ‘fourth trimester’, those early days and weeks of motherhood may see any number of emotions.
Importantly, Daisy Tinies helps new mums enjoy a safe and supported first few months with baby. Our environment is one of support and no judgement, to allow you to navigate Motherhood feeling at ease.
