THE LITTLE WELLBEING CIRCLE

In these baby massage classes, you will have the opportunity to learn and practise baby massage techniques that are safe for you to use at home with your baby/toddler.

Baby Massage is a gentle and enjoyable way for you to bond with and to get to know your baby; their likes and dislikes, as well as helping them make sense of the world around them. It is a session full of fun, comfort and relaxation, where lasting memories can be made for you and your little one.

Sessions run for 4 weeks at a time. Each week we will massage a different part of your baby's body, whilst recapping what was taught the week before. Discussions about topics that are important to the group will take place, as well as there being time to socialise with each other, with a warm drink and yummy snacks.

Everything you need to join this class will be provided by The Little Wellbeing Circle. All you need to bring is a towel for your baby, water and your normal baby changing bag.

A gift bag will be given out in the first session and there will be opportunities to take graduation photos in the last sessions.

Emma is a mum to a 2yr old boy and French Bull Dog called Ronnie. Emma loves being out in nature and brings nature and comfort into all of her sessions.
