Our Songs & Smiles sessions make people dance with joy, cry with laughter and create long lasting friendships so everyone has something special to look forward to, they are relaxed and informal and we even provide refreshments at the end!

Due to Covid restrictions we're keeping numbers small, so full sessions are even more important to make a big impact on boosting wellbeing and reducing loneliness. We completely understand there may be reasons why you can't attend a session, we just ask if you can let us know via email as soon as possible. That way we can offer your space to someone else so sessions have as much impact as possible, particularly for those who need something special to look forward to.

Keeping us all safe

We aim to bring maximum joy and a sprinkling of magic to all our sessions, while remaining mindful as we emerge from varying levels of COVID-19 restrictions. We've worked hard with care/retirement homes, sheltered housing schemes and community groups to ensure we respect each other's wishes and contribute to the safety of us all. With this in mind we’re putting new safety protocols in place, so things will feel a little bit different- this will include taking a lateral flow test before every session you attend. Then we can be sure of bags of music and fun, giving us all the chance to sing, laugh, talk, play and form face-to-face friendships.
