TOTS PLAY

This course has been specifically designed to support and nurture your baby AND you in the early weeks of your life together. This session is your chance to escape the stresses of everyday life and experience a little of what our full 5-week course has to offer.

Enjoy some precious bonding time with your little one, with some simple activities you’ll be able to use at home every day, plus we’ll spend time focusing on you and your wellbeing, with science-based techniques that can help you feel calmer, more confident and more easily able to navigate these early stages of parenthood - and that really can fit in to life with a newborn.

You’ll also have the opportunity to chat to other new parents about the highs and lows of life with a little one, and we’ll finish with a lovely relaxation for you and your baby to enjoy together.
