Description
A safe space for parents and babies from 6 weeks old to walking. Where you can have beautiful, uninterrupted time with your baby so you can strengthen the bond between you. You learn your babies individual needs by tuning into them in a calm and relaxed community space.
I will hold a safe community space where you will be surrounded by other parents, where I will guide you through some gentle breathwork, movement and meditation to leave you feel connected to yourself.
We will sing songs together whilst you learn some massage and movement techniques to help your baby be the best version of themselves and have fun!
