Baby massage courses are run every half term in Seaford. Small, informal, friendly and very baby friendly suitable for all babies. Learn:-
Strokes to benefit your baby and may help their digestive system, soothing, colic, reflux, and more
Learn fun songs and enjoy bonding
Meet others and share experiences with cake offered in week 5!
Topics such as other ways to calm and soothe, your post natal recovery and more is discussed also
If you miss a week a recording can be sent
Very baby friendly and suitable for all babies up until they start crawling.
