Pregnancy is a true wonder and the journey of growing and nourishing your baby within you is one of great joy. Creating and nurturing a home for your baby as they grow, and dedicating time to yourself in honouring your journey is vital. Pregnancy yoga helps you to come home to your body in a time of profound change. Connecting with your golden breath, your baby, and finding moments of serenity in your body is not only liberating and soothing, but also helps in preparation for birth and beyond. I welcome all pregnant yogis from 12 weeks to my classes. My classes focus on pranayama (breathwork), asanas and flows suited to pregnancy, with the aim of reducing any anxiety and filling mothers with confidence and freedom in the lead up to birth. No experience is required and I offer modifications for any particular pregnancy related symptoms. My classes offer a safe sanctuary to return to and an opportunity to build a community with fellow mamas. I look forward to welcoming you.
