At UDFC, we believe that age appropriate and engaging training sessions enable children to enjoy playing sport whilst being able to socialise, grow in confidence and broaden their technical and tactical understanding of the game. We like to think we are more than just another youth sports team, but rather a club and community whereby our players can make new friends, have fun and develop both individually, and as a team. With locations in North London and St Albans, our programmes cater for 2-14 year olds.
