What you need to bring:

You and your baby. A sling or carrier of your choosing and water! We will have our very own CARiFiT + carrier available to try in class.. Our carrier has not just been designed for the CARiFiT workouts but for everyday life, for babies from birth up to 20kg. For more information, click here

Our teachers are all babywearing peer supporters so don't worry if you need a hand getting organised. 

Arrive nice an early to give yourself and your baby time to feel comfortable, happy and relaxed and if you need to feed before class we will have time and space for you to do so.
