A pregnancy class sequenced to support new mothers nervous system, strength, mobility and confidence in our changing bodies.
These classes are welcoming and we learn helpful tools for every stage of this wonderful but sometimes challenging journey.
We'll practice flowing vinyasa yoga to minimise aches and pains and feel strong physically.
Complemented by breathing techniques and guided meditations to ease anxiety, insomnia to feel relaxed and mentally prepared for labour and childbirth.
We will also focus on childbirth positions and ways to encourage baby into an optimal position.
This class will either be practiced in the covered garden, we do have large parasols so there is never direct sunlight and cover but please bring warm layers or in the colder months we'll head into the studio with underfloor heating which is also just as heavenly.
Please bring your own yoga mat to place on top of mine, all other props are provided and will be sanitised after each class.
These are small group classes feeling more like a semi private group ensuring personal attention and modifications tailored to your needs.
The Wednesday evening class at 6.30pm is relaxing and sets us up for a great nights sleep and the Saturday 9.00am class is energising as a great way to start the weekend!
